Salvation Theatre Excellent Men of David, being one of the natural groups, comprises of all married men in the church.
Here are aims, objectives, and purposes for our men’s fellowship (SALVATION THEATRE EXCELLENT MEN OF DAVID) focused on leadership development (both at home and in church), self-development, mentorship, and spiritual growth:
Aims:
– To develop strong, Christ-centered leaders at home, in church, and in the community.
– To cultivate personal growth, self-discipline, and spiritual maturity among men.
– To establish a mentorship culture that nurtures future leaders and supports ongoing discipleship.
– To foster a lifestyle of faith, integrity, and responsible leadership rooted in biblical principles.
Objectives:
– To organise regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars on leadership, character building, and spiritual disciplines.
– To create mentorship programs pairing mature men with younger or new believers to foster growth and accountability.
– To encourage men to actively lead and serve in various church ministries and outreach programs.
– To facilitate Bible studies and prayer groups that focus on leadership traits, resilience, and spiritual insight.
– To provide resources—books, courses, speakers—that support personal and spiritual development.
– To promote practical applications of leadership at home—such as family altar, responsible fatherhood, and exemplary living.
Purpose:
– To empower men to be strong leaders who exemplify Christ’s love and humility in every aspect of life.
– To build a community of men committed to continuous self-improvement, spiritual discipline, and mentorship.
– To encourage men to lead with integrity, wisdom, and faith, both within our families and in the church.
